2024 Advantage Plus Package

Our “Advantage Plus” Package includes your Spring Startup, Fall Winterization, and a Mid-Season Checkup. It also qualifies you for our Discounted Parts and Labor Rate (see disclaimer below for details). You will also receive our Lifetime Guarantee on irrigation parts installed by A+ as long as you continue to annually register.

* Systems larger than 12 zones will be charged $10.00 per additional zone. Pump installation/priming or removal for systems pumping out of a lake/river/pond will be charged on a time and material basis with a ½ hour minimum billed after service is performed.

SPRING STARTUP – A spring startup will consist of our company scheduling a home appointment to turn the main water on, reprogram the controller, test run each zone, and adjust sprinkler heads as needed. Upon customer approval, any service work found will be fixed on the spot (if time allows) or documented and scheduled for completion at a later date. Any service work found during the startup will be billed with a half hour minimum rather than the standard one hour minimum regardless of it being completed on the same day or on a return trip.
Advantage Package is not refundable once the startup has been completed.

FALL WINTERIZATION – The fall winterization will consist of our company scheduling an appointment to turn off the main water supply to the irrigation system, blowing out the system, and turning off the controller.

CONTACTLESS SERVICE – In order to make a safer and more convenient startup and blowout experience for both our customers and employees, we will be scheduling the installation of an Aqua Actuator remote controllable valve at no extra charge to allow our technicians to turn the water off and on without needing to enter your home. In the coming months, we’ll also be offering special incentives to upgrade to a Wi-Fi Irrigation Controller to allow running the zones without needing physical access to its location.

MID-SEASON CHECKUP – A mid-season checkup consists of reprogramming your controller for the current weather conditions and running through your system to check for dry spots, broken heads, and leaks. Upon customer approval, any service work found will be fixed on the spot (if time allows) or documented and scheduled for completion at a later date. Any service work found during the checkup will be billed with a half hour minimum rather than the standard one hour minimum regardless of it being completed on the same day or on a return trip.

DISCOUNTED LABOR RATE – A 25% discount taken from the standard hourly rate and applies to all irrigation repairs, including those categorized under the Lifetime Guarantee. The 25% labor discount will not apply to emergency service calls.

DISCOUNTED MATERIALS RATE – A 25% discount on any irrigation parts not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee. The 25% materials discount does still apply to emergency service calls.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE – We will warranty out the cost of any product that stops working due to manufacturer’s defects, malfunctions or mechanical failure on an irrigation system that was installed by A+ Outdoor Services (labor is still billable, but is billed at the discounted rate). The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage from vandalism, lawn equipment, lightning and/or electrical surge, abuse or any other uncontrollable circumstance. All on-site technicians will determine warranty upon arrival. Please note that the Lifetime Guarantee is forfeited if the customer fails to register for one of our Advantage Packages annually.
** If A+ Outdoor Services did not install your system, Lifetime Guarantee does not apply, but you will still receive the Discounted Parts and Labor rates. No electrical pumps and/or motors will be covered under the A+ Lifetime Guarantee. Winterizations cannot be guaranteed unless A+ Outdoor Services performs the startup due to possible premature startup.
